The main event! Squid Day Out is a family-friendly, cephalopod-driven celebration at the Spring Bay Museum & Discovery Centre, down by trayapana / Triabunna wharf.

Music from PARKER, Lazer Baby, エミエミ (emi emi), Tash Zappala and The Kucera Brothers.

Talks from cephalopod experts Gretta Pecl and Zoe Doubleday; author of Dyschronia Jennifer Mills; Sam Elsom from SeaForest and a panel of professional squid fishers - hosted by the ABC's Zoe Kean.

Vegetarian + pescatarian food stalls include Formosa Bites, Kiltro Street Food, plus a well-stocked bar.
